Our journey began when a small group of friends, spearheaded by Babies and Rien, who had previously ventured into the world of EVE Echoes, sought the benefits of a corporation but wished to forge their path rather than join an existing EVE Online corporation or alliance. It was in this spirit that the Catskull Cartel was born. What started as a small band of pioneers quickly evolved into something remarkable.

As the word of our adventures spread, other EVE Echoes veterans recognized the potential of joining our ranks, and within the first week, we had welcomed a dozen new members. It was at this moment that we realized we had something unique on our hands. With an ever-expanding pool of recruits, we knew it was time to take our venture seriously. We reached out to Captain Benzie, a respected figure in the EVE Echoes universe, to seek his blessing and guidance in recreating our corporation under the Catskull brand.

Catskull Cartel was founded on the principles of inclusivity and community. We wanted to be a haven for both new and experienced players, a place to learn, share knowledge, and embrace content, no matter how challenging it may be. Our core values revolve around respect and care, and in those early discussions, Captain Benzie recognized that this was where he truly belonged, choosing to leave his previous affiliation with the Signal Cartel and join us.

The journey was far from easy, but we were determined to build our community from the ground up. Our ranks swelled rapidly, with over a hundred members in the first month and three hundred within the first three months. We swiftly established our Discord server and developed intricate systems for recruiting, human resources, and buyback. A dedicated group of individuals poured their hearts and countless hours into these systems, and we continue to refine them daily.

In the months that followed, our growth was nothing short of astonishing. Our leadership team expanded and adapted, but our commitment to being a community first and a corporation second remained unwavering. In July 2023, Burningsoulsx took the reins as CEO, infusing fresh energy and focus into our community's future.

Today, Catskull Cartel stands as a vibrant community, a mix of fearless new players and seasoned veterans who have found a new home and a community to be proud of.
